We understand that sometimes items don’t work out. Most merchandise may be returned for any reason within 60 days of the PURCHASE date. Merchandise credits and refunds will be issued for the original purchase price. Your original shipping fee is not refundable. To expedite your return, please fill out our contact form or call (253) 661-2121 prior to shipment.
Please follow the instructions for merchandise return below:
1. Place the unused item in its original condition and use the original packaging to ship your product.
2. Include a copy of your packing slip or invoice with the order. Please include any notes regarding your reason for returning the merchandise as well as your contact information.

It may take up to 30 business days to process the return and credit your account. We will notify you via e-mail once your return has been processed. Please note that your financial institution will likely take approximately seven business days to reflect this transaction. Our error? If you’re returning the product because we made an error, call us at (253) 661-2121 and we’ll refund the cost of shipping in addition to refunding the merchandise costs.
You can exchange your returned item for another of equal value by sending it back to Lilie de Vallee in the mail. If you’d like to exchange the item for one that costs more, we’ll charge your credit card for the difference. For exchanges, please call (253) 661-2121.
